Horizons Children's Centre (HCC) is a Canadian charitable project registered under the Stanley Francis Foundation (Charitable Registration # 86964 7347 RR0001). We support orphans and needy children in Sandema, northern Ghana. HCC currently supports 25 boys and 10 girls. HCC was founded in January 2000 by Heather Menezes-De Souza.
Mission Statement
We empower orphans and needy children through education and the development of leadership and life skills. We aim to help children achieve their fullest potential, so that they can be independent and contribute meaningfully to their community.
